Heavenly Feasts & Burnt Offerings

As you can appreciate, it has been very hard to raise funds for our beautiful church recently, so Churchwarden Maureen Bate came up with the idea of producing a cookbook.  A small team then set about writing to lots of celebrities, writers, actors, poets, chefs and locals to submit recipes and stories. It took a year but we have done it!  It is over 250 pages of beautifully printed and bound recipes, jokes, photographs and artwork.

The book is currently being sold via email ([email protected]) and locally stocked in Kennford Stores, The Wobbly Wheel Cafe (part of Partridge Cycles), The Exeter Court Hotel and Powderham Farm Shop.  See below for postage prices.

The book is £10 and, thanks to some generous sponsors, 100% of the proceeds go to support our church.
