St. Andrew's Helps Water Aid
(March 20, 2013)This year our Charity Lunches in Lent have raised have raised over £1100. This is a fantastic response from a community affected by flooding last year. Our volunteer caterers did us proud and there was wide spread community support. It was good to welcome old and young alike, children from the primary school as well as veteran supporters and what a delight to have toddlers keeping us on our toes. A special thanks goes to Liz Moore and Catherine Pollitt who gave us insights to what it is like to live without water.
