Bickham House plays host to the Best of Brass
(May 06, 2014)There cannot be a better setting than the grounds of Bickham House, to sit and listen to some of the finest tunes played by a 10 piece brass ensemble. Decadent Brass are more used to planning in Salisbury and the Home Counties but have been persuaded to step further afield by Paul Rycroft, who plays trombone in the ensemble and just happens to live in Kenn. On Saturday June 28th bring along your picnic, tables and chairs and liquid refreshment to be truly entertained in the park. Gates open at 5.30pm and the concert begins at 7.30pm.
To avoid disappointment, ensure you purchase your tickets soonest, price £10 per adult, children free. Admission is by ticket only – payment on the gate will not be accepted. Tickets are available from The Post Office in Kennford, Simon Preece (01392 832462) and Paul Rycroft (07759 451322).
